Sponsors Needed!
A vital part of a successful State Conference is our sponsors. While we are on our way towards the goal, there are still opportunities for sponsors! If you or anyone you know is interested, please contact stateconference@dcdar.org.
Purchase Your Ads
AD BASICS---PRICES & DIMENSIONS & DEADLINE
The cost for ads is $100 for a half page ad and $150 for a full-page ad.
A half page ad measures approximately 3.75 x 4.5 inches
A full page ad measures approximately 7.5 x 4.5 inches.
Please pay online for your ad if possible. If you are not able to pay online, reach out to me and we will discuss options for mailing checks. All ads must be paid for and submitted by March 1, or they will not be included in the program. We need to have time for the program to be proofed and printed. Programs will be printed in B&W but a digital color version will be available online and shared with all registrants online following the conference.
HOW TO SUBMIT AN AD
Once you have paid for your ad via the DCDAR Website or communicated about sending your check, please create your ad in your preferred format and submit to me, Aryssa Damron at aryssa.damron@gmail.com as a JPG or PNG. Please do not submit as a PDF.
She will confirm receipt with you and add it to the program. If you purchase two half page ads and want them on the same page, please indicate that to me when you submit.
WHO CAN HAVE AN AD?
Ads are open to all DCDAR members, prospectives, businesses, etc. This is a fundraising opportunity for the state conference, so please share this opportunity with DAR-adjacent brands, etc, as well as your members.
Chapters typically take out ads for their state officers, their Outstanding Juniors, 50+ year members, etc. Committee chairs can take out ads celebrating their work over the past year.
If you or someone you know has a business that would like to purchase an ad, please encourage them to do so. In the past we've had ads from businesses, authors, realtors, etc.
Looking for Vendors!
As always, we we will have fabulous shopping at State Conference! If you or someone you know is interested in having a booth on site, please contact stateconference@dcdar.org for additional information on rates and times.
