This flower pin symbolizes the diversity of our DCDAR membership, the friendships we share, and our love for the organization. The sparkle of the DAR mission of education, patriotism, and historic preservation are represented by the three stamens.
We hope DC Daughters are as visible and showy in the DC community as the beautiful hibiscus, recognizing people who make a difference in our communities, allowing others to enjoy the fruits of our community service, and attracting women to join our organization.
